Meet the Author

Hi, I’m Allan Faalavaau — founder of ALL SEASONS COLLECTIVE.

After many years serving in Pastoral ministry, leadership, mentoring, and community-focused roles across New Zealand and Australia, I discovered something many people quietly experience:

Life changes… and sometimes we are not fully prepared for the transitions that come with it.

Whether it’s stepping into a new season, leaving behind a familiar role, rediscovering purpose, navigating loss, leadership changes, family shifts, or simply trying to find your rhythm again — those moments can feel both uncertain and deeply personal.

ALL SEASONS COLLECTIVE was created from that journey.

ASC exists to create companion-style books and resources for people navigating the second half of life and the changing seasons that come with it. These are not books filled with pressure, hype, or complicated language. They are written to feel more like a trusted conversation — warm, reflective, honest, and encouraging.

Many of the books are shaped by real-life experiences, leadership lessons, faith, personal reflection, and the wisdom that often comes through both rebuilding and rediscovering.

My hope is simple:

That somewhere within these pages, readers will feel seen, encouraged, strengthened, and reminded that no season of life is wasted.
